When ordering the CROS device, you always get it for the worse ear. You can only purchase the Signia Active IX or Active IX Pro hearing aid for the opposite ear and we recommend the Pro version, as this will do all the processing and therefore is responsible for the overall quality of the sound.

We may require an audiogram if we are programming your hearing aid(s) remotely. You can send us this following your order and your telephone welcome consultation with our audiologist.
