The Signia Silk X is a revolutionary hearing aid, notable for its combination of discrete in-canal design and advanced technological features.

The device is fully automatic and users can adjust volume and settings using the Signia app. However, to be clear, it lacks Bluetooth audio streaming and onboard control buttons, which might be a drawback for some users.
