The Signia Silk Charge&Go IX is a revolutionary hearing aid, notable for its combination of discrete in-canal design, rechargeability, and advanced technological features. Released in October 2023, it's recognised as Signia’s smallest and most advanced in-ear rechargeable hearing aid and the first of its kind in the industry to offer an instant-fit, completely-in-canal design.

It boasts up to 28 hours of runtime, with a 3-hour charge providing approximately 24 hours of use. The compact charging case adds convenience by offering three extra charges for extended use.

While the device is fully automatic, users can adjust volume and settings using the Signia app. However, it lacks Bluetooth audio streaming and onboard control buttons, which might be a drawback for some users.
